APPLICABILITY OF POLICY: By agreeing to use the Bushat Clothing portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of product(s) on the portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on bushat.shop.
If you receive a defective product, please email us at bushatclothing@gmail.com with a proper unboxing video of the package. No return or exchange requests will be entertained otherwise.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY: We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if the product you receive is defective, you must provide a proper unboxing video as proof, and the issue must be reported to us via email at bushatclothing@gmail.com. Once your query is accepted by our team, a WhatsApp message will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Please note that once the defective product is received at the warehouse, it will go through a quality check, and once approved, your query will be processed further. Estimated processing time is 7-10 working days.
